By visiting our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products

Caged Rock Designs offers handmade creations, custom products, apparel, jewelry, and home décor items.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of many of our products, slight variations may occur. These differences make each piece unique and are part of the handmade process.

We make every effort to display product photos, descriptions, colors, and details as accurately as possible. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your device screen settings.

Orders

Please review all order information before completing your purchase, including:

• Product selection
• Size
• Color
• Quantity
• Shipping information
• Custom details (if applicable)

Once a made-to-order or custom item has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary due to errors, unavailable materials, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Custom Designs

Customer-approved custom designs will be created based on the details provided.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check spelling, names, dates, sizing, colors, and design details before approval.

Once approved and production has started, custom items cannot be returned due to customer-requested design choices.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Payments

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

All transactions are handled securely through our available payment providers. Caged Rock Designs does not store your payment information.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item and order volume.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
